Essentials Sounds of Brass and Winds – is the title of a musical concert being held at the MBC Theatre in Nadur.
The Concert is part of the November Music Festival being organised by the Mnarja Philharmonic Society, under the Ministry for Gozo NGO Assistance Scheme.
Essentials Sounds of Brass and Winds, will be featuring musical excerpts for trumpeter Jason Camilleri, clarinetist Marvin Grech, and Tenor Georg Zammit. The Concert will also include musical pieces for concert band among others.
The soloists will perform well-known musical pieces for trumpet, cornet, clarinet and arias for Tenor voice.
The Band will be under the musical direction of Mro. Jonathan Borg, Warrant Officer 1, conductor of the Armed Forces of Malta Band.
Essentials Sounds of Brass and Winds is taking place on Saturday, the 4th of November, starting at 7.30pm.
Entrance is free of charge and everyone is invited to attend.
