MCAST Gozo Campus has recently hosted Year 8 (Form 2) students attending Church Secondary Schools and the Gozo College Middle School to expose them to Vocational Educational and Training (VET) and the potential it offers.

This initiative took place as part of the European VET Skills Week activities, held all over the EU member states.

During the visit the students embarked on hands-on activities related to IT, Accounting, Financial Services, Early Childhood Education, Engineering, ACAD, and Hairdressing.

MCAST Gozo Campus said that the enthusiasm and interest that the students showed “is very promising for a more widespread selection of the vocational training route towards challenging and interesting careers in high quality and challenging job opportunities.”
