The Annual Crib Exhibition, organised by Association Ghaqda Hbieb tal-Presepju in Gozo, has been opened by the Minister for Gozo Justyne Caruana.
The Minister congratulated the exhibitors on their intricate work on the cribs, which are so popular in Gozo.
Dr Caruana said that their work and the exhibition, which is of the highest level, also helps to foster a love for the cribs among the younger generation.
The exhibition is taking place at the Ministry for Gozo Exhibition Hall in Victoria.
It is open to the public until the 3rd of January, opening hours Monday-Friday 8.00am – 12.00pm and from 2.00pm – 4.00pm. Saturday from 9.00am-12.00pm and from 4.00pm to 7.00pm. It will be closed on Christmas Eve and New Year;s Eve,
Entrance is free of charge, and everyone is invited to visit these unique cribs which have been made with such loving care.
