A very special birthday has been celebrated by Carmen Vella from Qala, Gozo, who together with her family marked the occasion of her 102nd birthday with a special Thanksgiving Mass, led by the Bishop of Gozo Mgr Mario Grech.The Mass was attended by the Minister for Gozo Dr Justyne Caruana, who offered her congratulations to Carmen and presented her with a bouquet of flowers to mark this wonderful achievement.

Qala Mayor Paul Buttigieg also attended the Thanksgiving Mass.
