Next week, Gozo Channel’s MV Malita will be out of service in dry dock between Monday and Friday – 7th to 11th of May
In a statement, the company said that to compensate for the decrease in vehicle capacity, it will be operating the morning trips between Tuesday and Friday as follows
4:45, 5:30, 6:00, 6:30, 7:00 and 7:30am. from Mgarr and from Cirkewwa at 5:15, 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30 and 8:15am.
Other trips will be performed according to the published schedule and a shuttle service will also be provided if demand so necessitates, Gozo Channel said.
The company added that it will also ensure that the MV Ta’ Pinu is operated with both hoistable decks down so that it can cater for the heavy traffic as and when necessary.

I quite note on many many occasions, that there are power outages in Malta and Gozo, why is this so ?, it makes the continent so vulnerable, do they not source their own power-grid. I live in Melbourne, Australia.
