Early 20th century postcards are currently on display at Il-Hagar Museum in Victoria.
This latest temporary exhibit by the Gozo Philatelic Society showcases fragranced, lavishly decorated postcards, with a romantic theme running through the correspondence with France.
There are three other Temporary Exhibitions running at this cultural centre: Daniel Cilia’s aerial views of Gozo (now in its last few days), Salvatore Iozzi’s Gozo photos (till end September) and precious icons of St George.
Il-Hagar is located in S George’s Square, opening hours are 9am-5pm seven days a week – and there is no entrance fee.
