28 students, 4 of whom are Gozitans, were recently awarded the University’s Certificate of Proofreading in Maltese (MQF 5) and the Proofreading Warrant.

The Awards were presented by the National Council for the Maltese Language, after completing the one-year course in proofreading Maltese.

The 4 Gozitan proofreaders had attended the fourth course held at the Gozo Campus.

460 proofreaders have now completed this part-time course since it started in 2006. The next course will commence in February 2019 at the Msida Campus in Malta, and also at the Gozo Campus in Xewkija, providing there is a sufficient number of qualified applicants.

So, if you need to polish up your Maltese writing, this is the course you have been waiting for. Online applications for both courses are being received until the 11th of January
