Summer on the Move gets underway on the 8th of July until the 6th of September at the Gozo Sports Complex, and there is still time to register for the programme, with the Ministry for Gozo funding 50% of the cost for the activities.

This year the number of sports being practised have been increased, with 19 disciplines to be taught by 21 teachers and qualified coaches. The ages of participants can be between four and sixteen years.

The coaching team will be working in coordination with the two head coaches, Melania Bajada and Daniel Bogdanovic.

The Gozo Sports Board explained that for the children taking part in the programme, there won’t be just the sports disciplines, they will also have some fun time to enjoy playing together and socialising.
