Dear Prime Minister,

“I would like to give you and your Ministers a hats-off and give you 99% commendation to your explanation of the Budget 2020. So permit me to point out the 1%.

I learned how damaging the cigarette stubs are for the environment especially on our small islands where with each rainfall all these stubs are carried into our sea.

I am not going to suggest solutions because I am confident that you will easily find a way so that these eco-cancer entities will not find their way into our sea.
