This Christmas give a gift money can’t buy – please donate blood – a priceless gift for the many that need it.

The National Blood Transfusion Service said that in conjunction with the Ministry for Gozo, there is a Blood Donation Event at the Xewkija Blood donation Centre this Tuesday, the 17th of December.

Donations can be made between 1.00pm and 5.00 (last registration is 5.00pm)

There will be a free shuttle service from the Ministry for Gozo and back for those who wish to donate.

The Donation Centre is located in Triq tall- Hamrija, between the Primary School and the Bocci Club.

The Service reminds everyone that it is important to always take your Identity Card, or Driving License or Maltese Passport and to drink plenty of water beforehand.
