Next Sunday evening, the Christmas gates will open in Republic Street, Victoria, to let the magic of Christmas flow through in the Gozo Christmas Parade.

Large crowds are expected to line the street for the best view of a jam-packed evening of entertainment dedicated to the festive season.

They will be able to enjoy a truly magical Christmassy atmosphere that aimed at children and adults alike, with dance, beautiful colourful costumes, floats, entertainment and plenty of fun.The parade starts from the lower part of Republic Street, next Sunday, the 22nd of December,  at 7.30pm and will make its way up to Independence Square, where the entertainment continues.

Children present will have the opportunity to meet their favourite cartoon characters, as well as Father and Mother Christmas,’ Christmas bells, snowmen and other animated characters for the festive season.

The Gozo Christmas Parade is part of the programme of events for the Ministry for Gozo’s – Christmas in Gozo.
