The Gozo Visual & Performing Arts School’s Christmas message is sent with a difference this year, with a touch of extra freshness and with a musical theme.

A group of students coordinated by their teachers have created a music video on the notes of the famous Christmas carol: Joy to the World.

The video, which has been filmed entirely in the school premises, aims to bring a new visual layer to the many disciplines taught in the school, showcasing them in a fresh, different way.

The school’s objective is to release the potential of each and every individual in the fields of Arts, Drama, Dance and Music.

The school said that it also aims to become an open and creative community where learners are valued and supported to the fullest extent.

The MAVC Gozo Visual and Performing Arts School is located in Xewkija and houses the Visual Arts, Music, Drama and Dance under one roof.

Over 1200 students attend one or more of the forty-six evening courses offered at this school.
