The Ministry for Gozo has advised that over the coming days, the Customer Care section within the Ministry will be contacting the Gozitan elderly population, 65 years and over.

It said that “in these particular and difficult times, we want to reassure everyone that our parents and grandparents are being cared for.”

For those in need of more information or further assistance, please contact the Care for the Elderly Section on 22156620/1.

The Gozo Ministry also said that that home helpers can still buy groceries or medicine for persons who are being advised to stay at home.
