Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri has visited the Gozo General Hospital, Villa San Lawrenz and the Xewkija Active Ageing Centre, where he presented gifts to residents, those in hospital, and care givers, on the occasion of Father’s Day.He said that “this is a small gesture as an expression of appreciation to fathers and to their care givers, who have continued to work with such dedication during this difficult period.”“Father’s Day is a very special holiday for us Gozitans and Maltese and Gozitans,” the Minister said, adding that although it is a difficult time for some because they are in hospital, children should not forget their fathers and appealed to them to find a way to communicate with them.
