Young students are being invited to complete a questionnaire for a study of the impact of Covid-19 on Student Wellbeing and Resilience and how it impacted children.

It is headed by Prof. Carmel Cefai and Ms. Natalie Galea of the Centre for Resilience & Socio-Emotional Health University of Malta. The closing date is this Friday, the 31st of July.

The Centre for Resilience and Socio-Emotional Health at the University of Malta is currently participating in an international study on primary, middle and secondary school students (aged 9-16) during the Covid-19 lock-down.

This study seeks to examine the wellbeing and resilience of students in Years 4-11 during lock-down. Students will be invited to participate in a 10-15 minute anonymous online questionnaire.

The aim is to identify what helped children and young people to cope and be resilient during the Covid-19 with recommendations on how schools and families may support children and young people in similar circumstances in the future.

The information letter for parents of primary students is available to read online here, and also includes the link to the questionnaire.

For parents of middle or secondary students the letter with link to the questionnaire is available here.
