On a visit to the ongoing works on roads leading into Sannat, Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri, said that following completion of work on Triq Sannat, the main junction which connects Sannat with several other villages is also being upgraded.

“This € 1.2 million road remediation and reconstruction project will lead to improved infrastructure and traffic management for this busy arterial road,” the Minister said.

Sannat Mayor Philip Vella said that Sannat residents had been waiting for this project to happen for 30 years and thanked the Government for “providing Sannat with the infrastructure it deserved.”
