A 59-year old man has died from Covid-19, the Health Ministry has said. He becomes the 74th victim of the virus and the third advised today.
In a statement the Ministry, said the man tested positive for Covid-19 on the 27th of October and passed away at Mater Dei Hospital late last night.
The Health Ministry, while offering its condolences to the patient’s family, once again reiterated its appeal for the public to continue to follow the public health guidelines, including frequent hand washing, social distancing and wearing a mask.
