This year’s winner of the 26th Gieh Ghajnsielem Award is to be presented to Loreto Xuereb, a member of the Museum Doctrine Society.
Ghajnsielem Local Council made the announcement for the occasion of Jum Ghajnsielem. The award ceremony will take place on the first week of December.
The Council said that Loreto Xuereb has been chosen for his lifelong work and dedication to spread the word of God especially with the young children. “He worked in silence and led an exemplary life among us.”
“On behalf of the Ghajnsielem community we would like to thank Loreto and congratulate him for this well merited award,” the Ghajnsielem Local Council said.
