Another four people have died while being positive with Covid-19, the Health Ministry has said, with the number of lives lost to the virus now at 141.
A 79-year old woman, who tested positive for Covid-19 on the 21st of November, passed away on Sunday at Mater Dei Hospital.
The second person was an 80-year old woman who was confirmed positive for Covid-19 on the 25th of November and passed away yesterday at the Mater Dei Hospital.
The third person was a 73-year old man, who confirmed positive for Covid-19 on the 16th of November and passed away yesterday at the St Vincent de Paul Residence.
The fourth person was a 67-year old man who was confirmed positive for Covid-19 on the 15th of November and also passed away yesterday at Mater Dei Hospital.
The Ministry of Health, while offering its condolences to the relatives of the families, called on the public to continue to follow the preventive measures so that we can protect the most vulnerable in our society – This includes wearing of masks, social distancing and hand hygiene.
And when you think back, there were only 9 deaths before the government allowed partying and ‘band marches’!
Think how bad it would have been if they did not have it ‘all under control’!
