The 11th edition of the publication ‘Tisjir mill-Qal’ will be on sale in the coming days.This popular recipe book will be on sale for €10, in aid of The Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation.

It consists of almost 200 pages and will be published in both Maltese and English. For the first time, it will have a different style than usual and will include recipes from 16 local chefs mentioned in the ‘Michelin Guide Malta,’ who have presented a total of 80 different recipes.

President George Vella and Mrs Vella went to see the printing and meet the staff at Best Print, and he thanked all those who contributed to this edition including the chefs and restaurant owners who immediately agreed to give their contribution and without whom this book would not have been made possible.

The President urged the people of Gozo and Malta to purchase a copy of the recipe book and thereby help with a contribution to The Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation, which requires the generosity of the people, not just in Christmas but throughout the whole year – particularly this year, he said.

The book ‘Tisjir mill-Qalb’ can be purchased from Scotts Supermarket, Pavi/Pama, Agenda, Maypole, from Maltapost branches and major bookshops in Gozo and Malta, as well as from Kitchen Garden, Valletta Palace, and San Anton Palace.
