MaltaPost has advised that in view of the new VAT and customs eCommerce rules that are coming into force from tomorrow, Thursday, the 1st of July, the manual customs clearance process will shift towards a fully digital integrated declaration process.

Consequently, as from tomorrow, customers will no longer be able to provide invoices, pay for customs charges and related processing fees and collect the parcels from the Parcel Office at the MaltaPost Head Office in Marsa.
