Maltese citizens who currently abroad, but do not have a valid vaccine certificate, can return to Malta with a negative PCR test, without having to quarantine, provided that their return trip is already booked.
The change in regulation had been indicated by Prime Minister Robert Abela during a speech on Sunday morning.
The legal notice applicable to this change is expected to be published today.
