Gozo’s Il-Hagar museum is resuming its popular fundraising events, the first of which is a traditional Ikla ta’ San Martin.
The museum said that the “mouthwatering menu is in the able hands of chef Malcolm George Camilleri. The four-course lunch offers pumpkin soup, penne, pork cheeks and dessert. Additionally, there will be free-flowing water and wine. All this for just €25 per person.”
Another restoration project is also being launched – an important painting (presently included in the Joseph the Silent Witness temporary exhibition which runs till the 30th of November).
The traditional Ikla ta’ San Martin is on Sunday, the 14th of November starting at 12.30pm in the Dining Hall at St George’s Parish House.
Early booking is recommended through events@heartofgozo.org.mt or on 79059704 since space is limited. Only vaccinated individuals and accompanied children will be accepted.
