For the second day running, 64 new Covid-19 cases were found overnight, with 30 recoveries. The authorities said the number of Covid patients currently being treated at Mater Dei Hospital is 15, including 3 in ITU.

There have been 462 deaths since the start of the pandemic. The number of active cases in Malta and Gozo is now up to 670.

Health Authorities said that the number of vaccines administered up until yesterday is 914,967 of which 82,115 are booster doses.
