The Gozo CCU Monitors Foundation have organised their next fundraising event entitled ‘Concert Under The Stars,’ which will be held on Sunday, the 19th of July 2009,in the gardens of the Auberge Ta’ Frenc Restaraunt.
Dame Carmen Bellamy, Chairman and Founder of the Foundation said that her Committee together with Auberge Ta’ Frenc are working very hard to make this event a night to remember.
The Big Band Brothers will provide the entertainment during the evening.
The ticket price is €30. It is recommended that bookings are made as early as possible for the evening and can be made by calling on 79566496, 99059653 or 79320031.
The Gozo CCU Monitors Foundation has completed its project of installing a heart Monitor on each of the beds in the Gozo CCU/ITU Ward. This project has been of great benefit not just to all the patients admitted to this ward but also to the nurses, doctors and Consultants who are finding this very modern equipment very useful in their care of the patients.
Recently the foundation donated a Defibrillator to the Accident and Emergency Department.
The Project in hand by the Gozo CCU Monitors Foundation is the purchase of modern, electric beds for the same Ward. This project will also be of great benefit to all concerned.
