There were 109 new Covid-19 cases found overnight and 292 recoveries, which now takes the number of active cases in Malta and Gozo down to 1,197. For the first time in a month there have been no new deaths reported.

There are 45 patients requiring treatment in Mater Dei Hospital including 3 who are in ITU(figures for Gozo General Hospital have not been updated).

There have been 594 deaths since the start of the pandemic.

The number of booster doses administered up until yesterday is 339,312.
