Important information on the collection of voting documentsThe Electoral Commission has advised that those persons who have not yet collected their voting document that may do so PERSONALLY from the Electoral Office, Counting Complex, Naxxar, or, for voters registered in Gozo from the Identity Card Office, 28A St. Francis Square, Victoria, Gozo.

The days and office hours during which a person may collect the voting document are as follows:

Monday 6th, Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th April, 2015: from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm

Thursday, 9th April, 2015 (last day): from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to midnight

The Electoral Commission has also advised that all those voters registered in Gozo who have indicated in writing that they wish to collect their voting document from Malta are reminded that they may do so by calling personally at the Electoral Commission’s Office at the Naxxar Counting Complex (Ex-Trade Fair Grounds) between Monday 6th and Thursday 9th April, 2015.

The hours for collection will be:

Monday 6th to Wednesday 8th April: from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm;

Thursday 9th April (the last day): from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 3.00 pm to midnight.

Similarly, voters who are registered in Malta and have opted to collect their voting Document from Gozo may do so during the same days and hours from the I.D. Card Office, 28A, St Francis Square, Victoria, Gozo.

IN A LL CASES THE IDENTITY CARD OR RESIDENCE DOCUMENT MUST BE PRESENTED PERSONALLY

NO OTHER DOCUMENT WILL SUFFICE FOR THIS PURPOSE

WITHOUT THE VOTING DOCUMENT NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO VOTE ON POLLING DAY.
