Open-air events, including standing events will be able to take place without restrictions from the 10th of April.
Health Minister Chris Fearne advised on Tuesday that this comes following discussions between the Health Authorities and the Curia, led by Archbishop Charles Scicluna.
Indoor events will however remain limited to holders of a valid vaccine certificate.
