There were 27 new Covid-19 cases recorded on the Public Health Response Team official open source database in the last 24-hours.

There were no new deaths registered. The total number of deaths since the start of the pandemic is 806.

Active cases in Malta and Gozo are now at 278. This brings the number of cases in the Maltese Islands since the start of the pandemic to 114,757.

No information is available for the number of Covid positive patients in hospital.

There were 582 tests taken over the last 24 hours making a positivity rate of 4.64%.

The Health Department said that tests carried out at home are not included in the figures.
