A special handstamp is being issued today, Friday, the 4th of November, at the Victoria Post Office in Gozo.
The handstamp will commemorate the 23rd Anniversary of the Gozo Philatelic Society Exhibition which opens today until next Friday at the Gozo Ministry Halls, St Francis Square.
