On Thursday morning morning, in the Church of the Conventual Franciscan Friars in Victoria, Gozo, Cardinal Mario Grech, Secretary General of the Synod of Bishops, presented Mary Immaculate as a “model and image of the Synodal Way.”

In his Homily on the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary, Cardinal Grech called the Church in Malta and Gozo “to follow in her footsteps to be more of a synodal Church.”
