Next month, Arthall in Gozo will be holding the next in its series of talks, which will be with Izabela Klara Biskupska on – How to Hack your Mind.

It will be an interactive talk to demonstrate the power of your mind and how to use it in problem-solving. Please bring pencil and paper, the gallery said.

Izabela explains that “dealing with people for more than 15 years made me realise how powerful our subconscious mind is. We can have big plans and achieve nothing, if we have blockages on the subconscious level.”

“Most of the time it is not what we recognise at the logical level. It may be some word or situation that we witnessed in the past, which has blocked us from achieving what we want in the present life.” Izabela went on to say that, “logically it is not connected to the problem we are experiencing, but it still greatly influences us.”

She said that “once we gain an understanding of this theme during the hypnosis session, we have the power to change the meaning of what we experience and what has formed our belief system. This gives us access to countless possibilities and solutions. Basically, we can rewrite the script of our lives.”

Izabela Klara Biskupska is a hypnotherapist and a personal trainer. Born in Poland, she studied in London with Marisa Peer, also certified in Pilates in Italy and in Body Rolling with Yamuna Zake NYC.
