Two men remanded in custody for detaining a person, injury and theft

Two men, one aged 30 from Victoria and one aged 27 from Munxar were arraigned under arrest in the Gozo Courts on Thursday, charged with detaining a person, grievously injuring him, stealing his cash as well as breaching public peace.
Police said that the first man was also accused with dangerous driving as well as driving a vehicle without a license and insurance policy, while the second man was also accused with unlicensed possession of a knife and being a recidivist.
The incident happened on the 5th of April in Victoria.
Both men pleaded not guilty and were remanded in custody.
