The DCapitals Big Band will be presenting their annual summer concert at the Cittadella this weekend.
This event has become one of the highlights of the Gozitan Summer cultural calendar and is now in its eighth consecutive year.
The special guest for this year’s concert is Winter Moods frontman, Ivan Grech.
The concert will also be featuring the band’s resident singers: Francesca Sciberras, Gail Attard, Eliza Stellini, Fabian Galea and Kantamaghna Festival winner Alexia Micallef. The 18-piece band will be under the direction of Mro George Apap.
The Gozitan big band in collaboration with the Malta Arts Council, Ministry for Gozo and the Cultural Heritage Directorate, will present this concert on Saturday, the 29th of July, starting at 9.00pm in the Cittadella Ditch.
Entrance for this concert is free of charge. Seating is on a first come first served basis.
