Final deeds of sale on residential property in September the Gozo and Comino District registered 98, this was down 56 on August and down 92 on September 2022.

The data released today by the National Statistics Office today show that in the cluster of localities made up of Fontana, Gharb, Ghasri, Kercem, Munxar, Victoria, San Lawrenz, Sannat and Zebbug, there were 49 final deeds of sale, down by 36 on August, and down by 41 on September last year.

While in the cluster of localities of Ghajnsielem and Comino, Nadur, Qala, Xaghra and Xewkija there were also 49, this was down by 20 on August and down by 51 on September 2022.

The NSO noted that promise of sale agreements in the Gozo and Comino District numbered 112, up by 4 agreements on August and down by 29 on the same month last year.

In the cluster of localities made up of Fontana, Gharb, Ghasri, Kercem, Munxar, Victoria, San Lawrenz, Sannat and Zebbug, the promise of sale agreements totalled 58, up by 13 from August, and down by 1 on last year.

While in the cluster of localities of Ghajnsielem and Comino, Nadur, Qala, Xaghra and Xewkija, the figure was 54, down by 9 on August, and down by 28 on September last year.
