Gozo’s Ringside Theatre Company presents “Bull” by Mike Bartlett: “A Provocative Theatrical Experience.”

Ringside Theatre Company said that it is proud to announce the staging in Gozo of “Bull,” a compelling play by renowned playwright Mike Bartlett.

This gripping contemporary drama, known for its exploration of corporate dynamics and the human psyche, will captivate audiences at Queen Mary University London – Malta Campus’ lecture theatre.

The play, penned by Mike Bartlett, acclaimed for his work on the TV series “Doctor Foster” and the film “King Charles III,” offers a thought-provoking insight into the cutthroat world of corporate politics.

With a talented cast featuring Edward Thorpe, Kelly Peplow, Alex Weenink, and Bob Cardona, and under the imaginative direction of Jayne Giordanella, “Bull” delves deep into the Machiavellian traits prevailing in the corporate sphere.

This intense, darkly humorous drama unfolds as three colleagues vie for two coveted positions, unravelling the unsettling underbelly of ambition, power, and sacrifice.

Ringside Theatre Company, dedicated to promoting fringe theatre in Gozo, said that it “aims to enrich the local cultural landscape with stimulating and intimate theatrical experiences.”

With a commitment to exploring contemporary and controversial themes through their play selections, the company added that it “seeks to introduce thought-provoking live theatre to Gozo’s cultural stage.”

Witness the intensity of “Bull” live at Queen Mary University London – Malta Campus’ lecture theatre, located in Victoria, Gozo, adjacent to the Gozo General Hospital. Performances will run on November 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th.
