The new Victoria Health Centre “will be inaugurated in the coming days,” Health Minister Chris Fearne has said.
The Health Minister was replying to a Parliamentary Question on the delay and expected opening date, by Opposition MP Chris Said.
When it was first announced by the Ministry for Health and Ministry for Gozo back in June 2018, the date given for the opening was the first half of 2019……
MP Chris Said also asked the Health Minister whether this center would be open to the public all day (twenty-four hours a day) as other similar centres are opened in Malta. Minister Fearne did not respond to this.
Work has been ongoing over the past weeks on the finishing outside the new centre, such as the entrance and paving etc.
