There will be special services to facilitate travel for all those attending the Isle of MTV event taking place at the Floriana Granaries on Tuesday, the 16th of July.

This annual music festival has become a key fixture in Europe’s festival calendars, with Malta hosting the event since 2007.

Malta Public Transport said that the special services are part of the free public transport initiative and therefore all personalised Tallinja Card holders can travel free of charge.

Cash tickets at €3 per passenger will also be available for any passengers who do not have a valid Tallinja Card.

These special bus services will e departing from the Valletta Bus Terminal. The bus services will commence at 23:00 hrs, with the final trips leaving Valletta at 01:30 hrs.
