The “It’s Never Too Late” campaign has been launched with the goal of helping elderly people achieve their dreams.

Launched by Active Ageing and Community Care (AACC), the campaign aims to help people aged over 65 to fulfil their dreams. The purpose of this initiative is for the elderly to have the opportunity to do what they have always wanted but never had the chance to do.

The first phase of the campaign will be focusing on music, where the elderly are being encouraged to submit musical projects that they have always wanted to perform. For this purpose, the sum of ten thousand euros was allocated to help the participants realise their dreams.

While this first call is focused on music, the AACC said that it is working to expand this initiative to other areas of arts and skills, including literature, visual arts, drama, and traditional crafts.
