Santa Lucija's Symphony of Lights Concert with the St Gregory BandThis year’s Symphony of Lights Concert – with the St Gregory Band of Kercem, under the direction of Mro. Mark Gauci, promises to be “bigger and better,” the band said

Taking place this month in the pretty hamlet of Santa Lucija in Gozo, the concert will also feature special guests, including Janvil, Jolene Samhan, Centre Stage Dance Academy and the Wallace Pipes and Drums.

This very popular open-air concert, in Pjazza Santa Lucija, will also include a spectacular lights display to enrich this unique event in one of Gozo’s oldest hamlets.

The square will be lit by candles and torch light adding to the atmosphere for the evening as part of the celebrations for the feast of Our Lady of Fatima, which falls on the 13th of October.

A Symphony of Lights Concert is being held on Friday, the 18th of October, starting at 8pm.

Those travelling by bus may take bus 313 from Victoria bus terminus at 7.37pm.

A reminder that next Sunday evening as the sun goes down, Ghar Ilma Hill will be lit up with thousands of lanterns – all set against the beautiful backdrop of the Gozitan countryside surrounding the heart of the village of Santa Lucija.
