Ongoing police work in Gozo has led to the arrest of a man in relation to drug trafficking.

In a statement Police said that following days of observation, Police conducted a raid at a residence in Triq ix-Xaghra, Marsalforn, where they found around 15kgs of suspected cannabis, divided into sachets, allegedly ready for trafficking, along with an amount of cash.

The market value of the drugs found reaches €150,000.

The man will be brought before the Gozo court later today in connection with this case.
