Gozo’s housing market activity continues its slow down

The housing market activity in Gozo continues its slow down with another drop seen in June as the island registered the second lowest figures for final deeds of sale at 118, which was down on last month and on last year.
National Statistics Office data released today revealed that promise of sale agreements totalled 120, which was down on May, but up on June last year.
The NSO noted that 118 final deeds of sale on residential property were registered in Gozo during June, which was the second lowest of all the districts. This was down by 22 on May, and by 4 on June 2024.
Promise of sale agreements in the Gozo and Comino District registered 120, down by 79 agreements on May, and up by 15 on June last year.
