This year’s edition of the Youth4Entrepreneurship Gozo initiative got underway at the weekend, with the Gozo Business Chamber.
Now in its seventh edition, this year, the invitation is open to young people aged 16 to 35 to propose innovative, digital-based solutions tailored to Gozo’s specific needs.
Gozo Business Chamber’s Jesmond Buttigieg and CEO Daniel Borg emphasised the significance of Youth4Entrepreneurship Gozo for the Chamber, especially in cultivating the next generation of entrepreneurs.
The Chamber extended its sincere thanks to the partners: AGenzija Zghazagh, Malta Digital Innovation Authority, DI Hub MT, Bank of Valletta, JA Malta Foundation, the Gozo Regional Development Authority, and Europe Direct Gozo for their continued support.
“A special word of appreciation goes to Agenzija Zghazagh for hosting everyone and for coordinating these valuable workshops that will guide participants throughout their journey,” said the Chamber.
Thanks were made by the GBC to youth workers Jennifer Cauchi and Charles Micallef for their engaging sessions, which provided participants with important insights on developing key entrepreneurial skills. Rachel Camilleri offered a helpful overview of the role and work of the Malta Digital Innovation Authority (MDIA).
The next session will be this coming Saturday, the 19th of July, led primarily by MDIA, which will delve deeper into the theme of digital innovation.
The Chamber advised that youths who are still interested in participating may still register.
The GBC said that Daniel Borg will also guide participants on how to develop and deliver a compelling pitch, offering practical tips to help youth make an impact during their presentations.
