GO has once again pledged its full support to the Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association (MHRA) – an integral part of the local business community. Under terms of the agreement, besides financial assistance, GO will be offering communications services from GO’s wide range of quad-play services spread over mobile, tv, phone and internet. The initiative will serve to enhance GO’s already strong relations with MHRA members – most of whom are GO clients.
Since its inception over half a century ago, MHRA succeeded in gaining respect locally for its ongoing hard work towards supporting Malta’s tourism operators and strengthening the local tourist product. Over the years, MHRA has grown synonymous with a sense of enterprise and development specifically in the tourist sector and has since succeeded in roping in most entrepreneurs who are the main players in the hotel and catering industry of the Maltese Islands.
“We are delighted to be teaming up yet again with the MHRA to assist in keeping up with the changing dynamics of the industry while at the same time giving a helping hand with the sterling work and efforts targeting high standards and quality service in the tourist sector. GO prides itself in a long-standing relationship with MHRA and has on several occasions played an integral role in the Association’s high profile events and activities for the benefit of the MHRA’s members in particular and the Maltese business community at large,” said GO’s Chief Executive Officer, David Kay.
“Under terms of the partnership agreement between our two entities, MHRA members will get the opportunity to take advantage of GO’s quadplay services covering mobile, tv, phone and internet -and enjoy top quality service offered at the most affordable prices in the market.”
The partnership agreement was signed by GO CEO, David Kay and by George Schembri, CEO MHRA. During the signing ceremony held at GO Head offices in Marsa, Mr Schembri thanked GO for agreeing to sign up once again as Platinum Partner of the MHRA. “We have no doubt that the partnership will prove beneficial to all parties,” he said.” I note with satisfaction that the agreement opens the doors to a number of benefits including GO’s high-powered communications services for the MHRA and attractive special offers tailored to the specific needs of the business community who are members of the MHRA. Kevin DeCesare, outgoing MHRA President and Franco Aloisio, Senior Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications at GO attended the signing ceremony.
