Gozo’s housing market activity starged to rally round in July, although the island once again registered the second lowest figures for final deeds of sale from the regions at 143, this figure was up on last month and on last year.

National Statistics Office data released today revealed that promise of sale agreements totalled 170, which was up on June, but down on July last year.

The NSO noted that 143 final deeds of sale on residential property were registered in Gozo during July, which was the second lowest of all the districts. This was up by 25 on June, and by 3 on July 2024.
