The Parliamentary Secretary said that in recent years, this scheme has been launched for local councils across the Maltese Islands so that the same Councils come forward with projects that improve the lives of residents in their respective localities.

The allocation for this year will be almost €3,200,000 through which the councils will carry out projects that go hand in hand with the objectives of the scheme.
