Prime Minister Robert Abela visited Gozo Cottage, a Gozitan enterprise that produces high-quality food and beverage products based on authentic tradition and modern standards.

During this visit, Prime Minister Abela met not only with the management but also with the company’s employees. He saw first-hand the work that goes into producing food and beverages produced by the same company.

It was explained that Gozo Cottage is clear evidence of how recipes passed down from generation to generation and a continuous commitment to excellence can be transformed into a model of sustainable, successful enterprise.

An investment of €5 million in modern facilities has further strengthened the capacity of this company to preserve Gozo’s gastronomic heritage while adapting to today’s demands.

The Prime Minister praised the company’s commitment to supporting local products, to maintain the quality and natural flavour of the products. ”This approach not only enhances the authenticity of the product, but also continues to give value to local producers.”

During the visit, it was highlighted how Gozo Cottage continues to invest in research, while collaborating with international experts to further enhance the quality of its products.
