The housing market activity in Gozo picked up in March, however the island still registered the second lowest figures for final deeds of sale from the regions at 147, this figure was up on the previous month and last year.
Latest National Statistics Office data revealed that 147 final deeds of sale on residential property were registered in Gozo during March. This figure was up by 25 on February, and by 28 on March last year. The highest number were in Victoria at 25.
Although promise of sale agreements in Gozo was also the second the lowest of the regions, registering 191, improvements meant this figure this was up by 54 agreements on February and by 71 on March last year. The highest number were in Victoria, registering 31.
