The Victoria 2031 Foundation said that it would like to meet those interested in being part of the artistic programme that it is building together as part of the process for Victoria to become the European Capital of Culture in 2031.

The Foundation explained that it is currently working on the ”final Bid Book.” A key part of this process is the development of an artistic programme that reflects our vision, shaped through conversations with different communities, grounded in current realities and challenges, and which above all, continues to build on existing initiatives while proposing new ones to be developed in the coming years. In fact, the programme extends beyond 2031.

This is an open invitation to artists, organisations, NGOs, practitioners, and professionals from different sectors.

During the meeting, discussions will focus the ongoing process, particularly on the content of the artistic programme being developed for Victoria2031Ghawdex, and we will also be engaging with participants’ ideas.

The meeting date is this Saturday, the 18th of April, between 10am and 12pm at the Sir Arturo Mercieca Primary School
