Housing market activity in Gozo showed improvement in May, with final deeds of sale for the region recorded at 151, this figure was up on the previous month and on last year.

Latest National Statistics Office data revealed that 151 final deeds of sale on residential property were registered in Gozo during May. This figure was up by 8 on April and up by 11 on May last year. The highest number were in Victoria at 22.

Gozo also registered 199 promise of sale agreements, this figure was up by 37 agreements on April and was the exactly same as May 2025. The highest number were in Victoria, registering 31.
